“Five Nations” Whale Ship – Pre-viz
D’Angelo and his team must travel half way across the planet on the back of a whale in order to reach Atlantix in time to avert a catastophic war.
D’Angelo has invented a device that allows people to communicate with most of earth’s creatures. It utilizes the conductive powers of water to translate emotions.
Whales and humans are particularly in tune with the rhythms of each other’s means of communication. This makes for a powerful and beneficial relationship between these two sets of earthlings.
This early pre-viz art was created by Mark Butler. It is meant to illustrate the concept of a team of people riding the back of a whale in a long range, life-sustaining command deck.
